Yogomi, or Japanese mugwort, is a traditional herb with a refreshing scent of young grass. Fermented and blended with native hongcha, the tea has beautiful aroma of ginger flowers. Pairing it with cacao from the Philippines makes for a comforting treat with its delicate spicy and tangy notes.
A collaboration tea chocolate with Kajihara Tea Garden, a fourth generation tea producer founded in 1950 at Tsuge, Ashikita county in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.
