Group Buy

Here’s a video guide on how to checkout under Group Buy collection.

 

  1. Select ‘Collection from Host’ during Checkout page.
  2. Next, select the collection date.
  3. Checkout and make payment via PayNow Scan & Pay

 

Group Buy allows you to band together your purchase with that of your neighbors in the estate. Hence, you get to order our awesome products without any delivery fee with no minimum purchase. You get to beat the queue at the supermarkets, and yet get quality fresh produce which are carefully curated, hand picked and hand packed by us.

When you opt to participate in a group buy, you will collect your order from the home of the host of the group buy. We have more than 60 group buy collection points (and counting) for you to choose from.

In essence, a group buy is kind of a modern version of the ‘kampong spirit’. In pre-Covid times, it was also a good opportunity for many of our buyers to get to know like-minded neighbors.

As we are currently fighting the pandemic, your host will leave your purchases outside their door for contactless pickup. Just communicate to your host when you are on the way to pick up your purchase. Happy shopping!

The order deadline is 2 workings days before the delivery day of that particular Group. For example, if your Group Buy delivery is on Friday, the deadline for ordering will be 11.59pm on Wednesday.

If the deadline for the week has already passed, the system will automatically only show the next week’s date for selection. So please remember to take note of the delivery date before selecting.

Our delivery will usually reach the group buy host between 3-6pm. After which, your host may need some time to pack up everyone’s order accordingly. Your host will update the group when it’s ready to collect and arrange a timing for everyone for contactless pickup. So do stay tuned to the update in the WhatsApp group of your particular Estate.

Home Delivery

Select ‘Home Delivery’ while at the Checkout page.

Depending on your cart amount, you may either see FREE Delivery, $8 Delivery Fee or $12 Delivery Fee.

Free Delivery available for orders $99 and above.
$8 Delivery Fee applicable for orders $60 and above.
$12 Delivery Fee applicable for all other orders (<$60).

The order deadline is 2 workings days before your desired delivery day. For example, if you would like us to deliver on Friday, the deadline for ordering will be 11.59pm on Wednesday.

As there may be up to 2 weeks’ of dates available for selection, please remember to take note of the correct delivery date before selecting.

We usually deliver between 2-6pm.

Our delivery crew will leave the boxes outside your door if no one is in. Please inform us for other arrangements or if you object to leaving the boxes outside unattended. We’re sorry that a redelivery charge of $10 have to be levied in case of any separate redelivery request.

Payment

  • PayNow is our preferred and only mode of payment. Do rest assured that PayNow is a safe, convenient and secure mode of payment. It is supported and used even by the Government of Singapore. PayNow adopts the same high security standards adopted by the Singapore banking industry for funds transfer including FAST and GIRO.
  • Payment is done by scanning/uploading a QR Code unique to that particular cart checkout so you need not worry that you will transfer the wrong amount or to the wrong recipient. The recipient (us) and amount will be automatically keyed in for you when you scan/upload the QR code to your banking app’s Scan to Pay function.
  • HitPay is our payment processing platform. All PayNow payment will be directed to “HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd” on behalf of Fresh Collective. Hence, don’t be alarmed, this is not a phishing attempt.

We are currently not accepting Credit Cards due to the large payment fees involved. This would mean increased prices that we have to pass on to our customers.

However, rest assured that PayNow-the mode of payment we are using- is a safe, convenient and secure mode of payment that is supported and used even by the Government. It adopts the same high security standards adopted by the Singapore banking industry for funds transfer including FAST and GIRO.

Most banking apps will allow you to Scan the QR code to Pay even without signing up for PayNow. However, in case your bank requires you to signup for PayNow, here’s the respective bank’s link for the steps to do so:

For any missing or out of stock items, we will issue a full refund for the item or arrange a redelivery for it.

For quality issues, please take a photo of the affected item(s) for our review. Due to perishable nature of the goods, we seek your understanding that refund requests after 1-2 days of the receipt of goods will be on a case by case basis.

Go to My Account -> Orders

Find the order that you would like to re-order and click on “View”. Scroll down to the bottom of the page details and you’ll see “Order Again”.

Once you click on “Order Again”, the system will add all the items of that order into your shopping cart and you may amend the cart (if required) or continue shopping.
